1. EMMANUEL BOATE (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OPERATIONS)
Mr Emmanuel Boate is the Chief Operating Officer of the group (JOSPONG GROUP OF COMPANIES). He holds a BSc Hons in Agricultural Economics and MBA in Banking and Finance. His previous working experience was with Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Banking Operations. Mr. Boate also serves in various capacities at the Church of Pentecost. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of A & B Forex Bureau and member of Board of Directors of Union Rural Bank, GHACOE Women’s Ministry and Ghana Prisons Correctional Centre Project.
2. ANTHONY KENNEDY NTSIFUL (GROUP HEAD FINANCE)
Anthony Ntsiful is the Group Head of Finance. He joined the Jospong Group in January 2012 from the Central Region Development Commission (CEDECOM) where he was the Executive Director. Prior to this position, Anthony had held various positions in his over twenty three years working career; as an Accounts Manager at the Twifo Oil Palm Plantations Ltd, a Commercial Manager at Unilever Ghana, Chief Finance Officer/Assistant Business Manager, Takoradi International Company (Takoradi Thermal Power Plant); Head of Audit and Assurance at B. Omane-Antwi Consult and Financial Consultant; Northern Region Poverty Reduction Program (Ghana) IFAD/World Bank Funded projects in Ghana.
Anthony holds a PhD degree from the University of Manchester/Irish Business University in the UK. He had his MBA Finance degree from the University of Hull also in the UK. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with ICA Ghana.
3. PHILIP OSEI-MENSAH (PLANT MANAGER)
Philip Osei-Mensah had his first degree in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), Kumasi in 2003, and has since been working on-the-go.
He furthered his education at the same university where he obtained a Master of Science (MSc.) Degree in Environmental Resources Management in 2008. He has been actively studying since and has had short courses in Project Management and Strategic Management from the ICM, UK. He also did a three-month research with University of Jena, Germany.
He worked with Rural Enterprises Project as Business Development Officer from 2006 to 2009 where he gained experience in people management and financial understanding into business operations. In 2004-2006, he was the Sales Agent for the health division of 3m Innovative Properties Limited (U.S.A.) where he was trained in marketing skills. He has been with ZOIL Services Ltd in the position of Project Coordinator from July 2009 and is currently the Plant Manager.
4. JUSTICE A. K. AMOFA (FINANCE MANAGER)
Justice is a very young and ambitious man. He is a product of University of Cape Coast where he obtained his first degree in Accounting & Economics. He is currently writing his final part of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Part III papers in the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He did some short courses in Radio Broadcasting and Journalism. He came out of school in 2005 and started his career as the Deputy Administrator for Nagel Memorial SDA Hospital in Takoradi.
He was transferred to reform Adventist Senior High School where he left to form his own business. He joined Plot Enterprise Ghana Ltd as the Accountant. It was here that he came to learn about his proficiency in accounting where he drafted the Accounting Polices and Manual for the company. He left Plot Enterprise in May 2011 to join Stellar Ghana. He was with the Hospitality Division, serving as the Accountant, where he assisted the General Manager in running the division. Mr. Amofa joined ZOIL Services Ltd in April 2012 as Finance Manager and has brought in many inroads into the operations and finances of the business.
5. WILHELMINA TANOKU (HEALTH SAFETY ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER)
She is a product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Renewable Natural Resource Management in 2006. She went on to get her Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management at GIMPA. She has attended many seminars that have helped built her capacity for her current role. She started work as Rehabilitation Assistant at the Golden Star (Bogoso-Prestea) Ltd.
Due to her prowess in her field she was later promoted to the position of Research and Laboratory Assistant. She was again promoted to the position of Assistant Safety & Environmental Officer. She has extensive work coverage in the mines and this need to be appreciated. She held the position of Health and Safety Officer until the time she joined ZOIL Services Ltd in January 2012. She is very active, dedicated and resilient to her work demands.
6. HERBERT TETTEY (MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR)
Herbert Tettey is a product of University of Maiduguri, Bono State, Nigeria with Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. He has taken courses in the Safety, Health and Environment. He is currently pursuing a Project Management course. Herbert Tettey previously worked with Africa Water Engineering Services as Maintenance Engineer Trainee in 2005, and in 2007, was appointed the Maintenance Engineer of same. Mr. Tettey joined Accra Brewery Ltd in 2008 as Maintenance Engineer Trainee.
He was later appointed as the Maintenance and Service Manager at Mahogany Wood & Processing Company in Accra. His last place and position of service was with Dupaul Processing & Treatment Plant as Plant & Workshop Manager. Mr. Herbert is currently serving at ZOIL as the Plant Maintenance Supervisor since 2011 to date.
